THE OIL MILL
The olive grove consists of 1200 plants of typically Tuscan cultivars, such as Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino, and is grown on a medium mixture soil, located 200 metres above sea level. All olives, hand harvested, are processed within 24 hours directly in the farm, through hammers crushing, cold pressing, extraction by decanter and natural setting without any filtering.
